PROSPECTIVE BUYER IMPACT During four recent Club tours, all four prospective buyers mentioned watching the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate and what a beautiful golf course and Club we have.

It was one of the reasons they reached out and scheduled a tour and two of them are under contract currently!

Digital Advertising: Georgia Golf Plus eBlast, Carolinas Golf Express eBlast, Island Events eBlast & calendar listing, dedicated eBlast to SC Golf Association, Georgia Golf Association and Carolinas Golf Association Members, Google AdWords, Facebook ads, Website Retargeting ads and website homepage takeovers on Island Packet and Arts Center of Coastal Carolina.

Print Advertising: Ads in CH2, Local Life, Bluffton Sun, Hilton Head Sun, Island Packet, Arts Center of Coastal Carolina OnCenter Magazine and Hilton Head Island Guide to Golf.

Television Commercial:

Golf Channel gave Long Cove Club (6) 30-second commercial spots during the telecast. A $9,000 value!

The Town of Hilton Head Island awarded the DRI an Accommodations Tax Grant in the amount of $50,000 and all marketing and advertising was paid for with this money.

WEBSITE RESULTS: 2/18/25 TO 3/11/25

36,272 unique users visited the website Great engagement with page views per person averaging 2.06 vs 1.81 last year 14,041 visits to Long Cove Club’s Google Business Listing 1,517 requests for directions to Long Cove Club 2,982 clicks thru to the website from the Google Business Listing Once visitors came to the website, we re-targeted them with an advertising campaign. From those ads, 1,021 people clicked and came to the website - double last year! Google keeps track of Event Counts - interaction with the website by users, such as viewing pages, clicking buttons and navigating the website. This year our Event Count was 236,733!

The Darius Rucker Intercollegiate plays a significant role in elevating and promoting the Long Cove Club brand.

Those three days are a rare opportunity for guests to experience the beauty of our community and our championship golf course firsthand.
