Dear Long Cove Club Owners, As we approach the holiday season, we invite you to join us in contributing to our annual Team Member Holiday Fund. This fund is our way of showing appreciation for the dedicated and hardworking employees who make our community special. They embody the spirit of service and commitment that we value deeply in our club culture. Long Cove Club team members work in the community to ensure your experience at Long Cove Club is exceptional, from the moment you drive through our gates to every interaction in between. The beauty of the Holiday Fund is that it directly supports each and every team member with a year-end thank you. This assistance comes at a time when many face increased expenses. It’s a simple yet impactful way to ease their burden during a financially challenging season and to show them how much we value their dedication. This year, we’re also setting an ambitious goal: 100% participation from all owners. A contribution of $200 is suggested, but of course, members are welcome to contribute more or less, depending on what they feel comfortable giving. Every dollar counts, and with full participation, we are confident we can reach our goal. Taking care of our employees with a year-end “thank you” is the priority, but if we receive more money than last year, it will enable us to allocate up to $11,000 to the Team-Member Assistance Program (TAP). This would make the balance of the fund $25k, which should cover our needs for 2025. This program was introduced in 2023 with the purpose of supporting team members (up to $2,500/applicant) who are going through extreme financial hardship due to unforeseen circumstances. Seven employees have received financial support so far and this program is truly making a difference in the lives of those who work for us. To potentially limit the number of times we ask for contributions throughout the year, we decided to try this approach in hopes we can fully fund both the Team Member Holiday Fund and the 2025 needs of the TAP program. Our Team Members have given their all to create a warm and welcoming environment for each of us. Let’s come together to show our appreciation and support for them. TAP The Team-Member Assistance Program (TAP) was created to provide up to $2,500 (rounded up for taxes) to an employee who is going through an extreme financial hardship due to unforeseen circumstances. HOLIDAY FUND An annual contribution drive that allows owners to express their gratitude to all team members for their dedication and service over the past year.

The goal of the program is to get 100% participation from the ownership. Contribution recommendation is $200, but there is an option to contribute more or less. The Holiday Fund is distributed to EVERY Team Member at Long Cove Club including team members you interact with regularly and team members behind the scenes. Both are essential to our operations. Taking care of all of our employees with the year-end "thank you" this Holiday Season is the priority, and we will only allocate funds to the Team-Member Assistance Program (TAP) if we raise at least what we raised last year for the holiday fund. There is currently about $14,000 in the TAP Fund, which means we only need to allocate $11,000 to reach out goal of $25,000. Based on applications received this year, we feel this should cover our TAP needs for 2025. Since the TAP program's inception, we have assisted seven team members who were going through extreme financial hardship due to unforeseen circumstances. Employees are eligible to apply for up to $2,500 in assistance and qualify in the following categories: Natural Disaster, Life-Threatening or Serious Illness/Injury, Death Incident, Catastrophic or Extreme/Extraordinary Circumstances. Each application is reviewed by the HR Committee. To potentially limit the number of times we ask for contributions throughout the year, we decided to try this approach in hopes we can fully fund both the Team Member Holiday Fund and the 2025 needs of the TAP program.
