TAP The Team-Member Assistance Program (TAP) was created to provide up to $2,500 (rounded up for taxes) to an employee who is going through an extreme financial hardship due to unforeseen circumstances. HOLIDAY FUND An annual contribution drive that allows owners to express their gratitude to all team members for their dedication and service over the past year.
